SerenQ Tesamorelin 10mg Peptide Pen

SerenQ Tesamorelin 10 mg contains Tesamorelin, a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It is designed to interact with GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland, where it is studied for its effect on the body’s own growth hormone signalling and downstream IGF-1 activity.

Tesamorelin is based on the natural 44-amino-acid GHRH sequence but includes a structural modification that helps protect the peptide from rapid breakdown. This allows researchers to study GHRH signalling for longer than would be possible with the naturally occurring hormone.

Unlike recombinant growth hormone, Tesamorelin does not supply growth hormone directly. Instead, it acts further up the signalling pathway by stimulating the pituitary gland. Clinical research has particularly examined its effects on IGF-1 and visceral adipose tissue.
