SerenQ Ipamorelin + CJC 1295 (No Dac) Peptide Pen

SerenQ Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a pre-blended research peptide formula containing 10 mg of Ipamorelin and 5 mg of CJC-1295 (no DAC) in a fixed 2:1 ratio. Both compounds are studied in relation to growth hormone signalling, but they act through different receptor systems.

Ipamorelin is a five-amino-acid growth hormone secretagogue that interacts with the ghrelin receptor, known as GHS-R1a. Research has examined its ability to stimulate growth hormone release while showing greater selectivity than some earlier compounds in the same class.

CJC-1295 (no DAC), also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a shortened analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone. It contains several amino-acid changes designed to make the peptide more resistant to rapid enzymatic breakdown while retaining activity at the GHRH receptor.

The “no DAC” distinction means this version does not contain the Drug Affinity Complex used in longer-acting forms of CJC-1295. As a result, it is studied as a shorter-acting compound rather than one designed to remain active for several days.

The two peptides are combined because they interact with separate signalling routes involved in growth hormone release: Ipamorelin through the ghrelin receptor and CJC-1295 (no DAC) through the GHRH receptor.
